Excellent packaging
systems from HÖRAUF
The packaging system CartoCan® from HÖRAUF has already been awarded several times. Both by the Innovationsförderungsgesellschaft für den Landkreis mbH (WIF) and in combination with the product, e.g. at the SIAL innovation competition as packaging for an organic iced coffee. CartoCan® convinced the award presenters with its diverse application possibilities as well as its sustainability. Because not only the consumer benefits from a long shelf life and optimal protection of the contents in terms of aroma and freshness. Above all, it is also the environment. CartoCan® is mainly based on the renewable raw material wood or paper. The wood required for this is grown in a resource-conserving and sustainable manner and bears the FSC label. In addition, the packaging is produced directly on the user’s premises. This avoids the need to transport and store empty cans in a time-consuming process before they can be used. Stored as roll material, thousands of cans are space-saving and economical on one pallet.
Now it was not only possible to further improve the technically very demanding complex system and make it easy for the user to control. It has also been successfully launched on the market and customers from all over the world are successfully producing their products on our machines.
